Mon. 26th June : France – Discover Chamonix.
Make your way to your 3-star Hotel de l’Arve (3 per room) in Chamonix. Explore Chamonix in the afternoon; wander through the town and visit baroque churches and protestant chapels dating back several hundreds of years. There are traditional farmhouses, colossal villas and chalets contrasting with modern constructions. It is this architectural diversity that contributes to Chamonix’s unique charm. Welcome meeting with your guide in the evening.

Tue. 27th June : France – Loop walk Chamonix Lac Blanc
Today you will enjoy a spectacular balcony walk, overlooking at the Mont Blanc chain. Short transfer in the morning by public transport to Tre le champ. You will take the Tour du Mont Blanc GR track from where you will admire a magnificent view of the whole Mont Blanc range from the Chardonnet Aiguille, the Aiguille verte, the Drus, Mont Blanc and Bionnassay, all big names of Mountaineering in the Alps. You will take the Brevent cable down to Chamonix and will stay in the same hotel 3-star hotel (3 per room) in Chamonix.

Wed. 28th June : France – Les Houches – Les Contamines
After a transfer by public transport to Les Houches you will enjoy a superb stage. Initially you will start with a long climb to col de la Voza (1645 m) where you will see the train bringing the Alpinist to the normal route of Mont Blanc climb. Then walking to the valley, you will pass by villages of the valley of Bon Nant, like Tresse, Champel, Bionnassay. The views of Aiguilles de Bionnassay (4002 m) are truly beautiful. Stay in the 2 star hotel la Gélinotte (3 per room) for the night in les Contamines.

Thu. 29th June: France – Les Contamines – Les Mottets
Short transfer to Notre Dame de la Gorges by public transfer and you will walk up the roman road to reach the hut Nant Borrant first then la Balme. From there the views open up to the high mountain peaks like Dome des Miages and soon you will reach the hut la Croix du Bonhomme where you can stop for a coffee. Continue from there to the Refuge des Mottets where you will stay in a hut multisharing for the night.

Fri. 30th June : France – Italy – Chapieux – Courmayeur
From Les Mottets walk up the glaciers valley. You will walk through nice meadows. Later you will reach the Col de la Seigne (2,516m) overlooked by limestone pyramids and the Estelette glacier. Passing the col you will enter Italy and the Val Veni. After a short transfer you will stay tonight in the 3 star Hotel Croux in Courmayeur (3 per room).

Sat. 1st July : Free day in Courmayeur
Relax in the lovely town of Courmayeur. Stay in your hotel in Courmayeur a second night.

Sun. 2nd July : Italy – Courmayeur – Elena Hut
Today in the morning you will admire again the south faces of Mont Blanc on the Italian side. Then after a short transfer to Val Ferret you will walk up to the Elena hut (multisharing) from where you will admire the south faces of the grandes Jorasses.

Mon. 3rd July : Italy – Switzerland – Elena Hut to La Fouly
Superb walk today, first you will have views of majestic Triolet and Pre du Bar Glacier. Then you will get to Ferret pass, where you will cross to Switzerland the country of green pastures where the Herens cows, famous for their milk and dairy produce, graze. You will stay in a hotel / gite Auberge des Glaciers (3 per room) in La Fouly.

Lunch not included, today the guests will have to buy their own picnic in the Elena Hut.
Tue. 4th July : Switzerland: La Fouly – Champex – Trient
In the morning, take a bus to Champex (not the most interesting part by foot so the bus brings you directly to Champex). Immersed in the Swiss meadows you will enjoy superb views of the vineyards of the Rhone valley and Breathtaking views of the Oberland, Bernois and Trient Glaciers and Combins summits. Stay in Trient for the night in a hotel / gite Auberge du Mont Blanc (3 per room).

Lunch not included, today there is a possibility the guests will have to buy their own picnic in the gite / hotel in la Fouly as food is not always easy accessible in La Fouly.
Wed. 5th July : Switzerland – France: Trient – Tre le champ
This stage will offer some fine views of the Tour Glacier and the Aiguille d’Argentière. The climbs from Trient will get you to the Balme pass (2193 m) where you will enter to France. On the way down you can stop near the Charamillon hut for your picnic lunch facing the Mount Blanc! Get to Tre le champ and Transfer to Chamonix by public transport to your hotel in rooms (3 per room) for the night.

Thu. 6th July : Free Morning- Farewell
Spend your final morning doing some last minute shopping or exploring and leave Chamonix in the morning.
