Walking in Mallorca – The Essentials

Mallorca, the largest island in the Balearics, may make you think of beach resorts, but there are plenty of other ways to enjoy both its coastline and the interior – particularly in spring, autumn and winter when it is less crowded and the temperature is more suitable for outdoor activities.The diversity of landscape and terrain makes it perfectly suitable for all walkers, whether it is for regular walkers looking for the challenge of climbing peaks or for more leisurely walk along the coast or on the inland hills. Minimum number: 15 participants.
Walks: Everyday 2 international mountain leaders and 2 levels of walks will be offered (from 15 to 25 participants). From 26 participants, a third guide will be appointed.
A walk: 9 to 15 km with up to 600 m of Ascent
B walk: 7 to 10 km with up to 300 m of Ascent
The leaders on site will adapt the walks to the group and the weather conditions.
Airport: Fly to Palma de Majorca airport, Dublin to Palma.
Hotel: 3* Hotel Tora in Peguera
Included:
• Private group transfer to match group flights from and to Palma Airport to and from Peguera
• Group Flight transfers to match below group flights:
– 13 oct. : Aer Lingus EI736 – Dublin 16h30 – Palma 20h15
– 20 oct. : Aer Lingus EI737 – Palma 20h55 – Dublin 22h45
• 2 International mountain leaders for the week to guide the 2 levels of walks and coordinate the trip (from 15 to 25 participants). From 26 participants, a third guide will be appointed.
• Bus transfers during the trip.
• 7 nights in 3* Hotel Tora in Peguera (Based on two people sharing).
• 7 breakfasts.
• 4 dinners at the hotel (buffet style).
Not Included:
• Single supplement (€210 – double bed). Contact us before booking to check availability.
Please note that if you book a sharing place (twin rooms) without a sharing partner, we will do our best to find you one, however in failing doing so, extra single supplement will apply.
• Flights Dublin/Palma de Mallorca and return:

• Airport transfers if flights don’t match group flights’ transfers
• Insurances (your insurance has to cover hiking, repatriation and helicopter rescue).

• Card fees (€16) – no fees if you pay by bank transfer.

– 30% Deposit (€366) to be paid upon reservation
– Balance 6 weeks before trip departure.
