Walk on the Makarska Riviera!
About 60% of Croatia’s surface is mountainous which offers a wide choice for hiking. The Dalmatia mountains are the highest and most deserted ones in the Dinaric range, they overlook the Adriatic sea and offer fantastic vistas. Based in Makarska, very central on the coast, this human sized town offers the perfect place to enjoy both sea and mountain being set at the foot of Biokovo massif.
Every day 2 levels of walks will be offered (A-Medium Fast / Fast, B Medium slow ), with professional mountain leaders. It is essential that people booking on the trip are Medium Slow level minimum.
Airport: Fly to Split airport.
Hotel Miramare 4 star hotel in Makarska.
Included:
– Private group transfer to match arrival and departure of Ryanair flights Split Airport to the Miramare Hotel****, and return.
Airport transfers are organised to match Ryanair flight Dublin/Split:
Arrival : FR1380 leaving Dublin at 14h15 arriving Split at 18h15
Departure : FR1381 leaving Split at 18h55 arriving Dublin at 21h00
– One France Outdoors European mountain leader for the week to guide a walk and coordinate the trip.
– One or two additional local guides for the walks. (2 leaders up to 29 participants, and 3 leaders from 30 participants).
– Private transfers to join the walks.
– 7 nights in the Miramare Hotel (Based on two people sharing). The Miramare Hotel is a 4-star hotel, excellently situated a few minutes walk form the beach.
– 7 breakfasts in the Hotel Miramare.
– 4 dinners at the hotel
Not Included:
– Single room Supplement: 190€ for the week.

– Transfers from and to Split airport if you pick a different flight than Ryanair flight.

– Deposit (€307/pers) to paid as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
– Balance one month before trip departure.
Important Note Covid-19 : you will receive a full refund of payments sent (on land, ex flights) in case the trip has to be cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions.
